Drive maintenance excellence as a skilled Maintenance Manager. Ensure the safety and comfort of residents through effective management of building operations and maintenance teams.
Reporting to the General Manager, you'll oversee the entire maintenance department, focusing on compliance with health and safety regulations and promoting a well-maintained environment. Responsibilities include proactive maintenance management, team leadership, and handling emergency situations to ensure operational continuity. You will also maintain thorough documentation and facilitate efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and mentor the maintenance team
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure operational efficiency
• Oversee compliance with safety and regulatory standards




• Manage energy use and implement efficiency projects
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests promptly
Requirements:
• Three years of experience in maintenance
• Leadership experience of one year or more
• CPR and First Aid certification is an asset
• Solid understanding of building systems and procedures
• Familiarity with Leed Certification principles preferred
Safeguard resident well-being while driving effective management in building maintenance and team engagement.
