Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to tenant inquiries and concerns promptly
• Handle rent collection and leasing of suites




• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Oversee daily building operations and maintenance

Requirements:
• Previous experience as a Superintendent is a plus
