Job Description

Customer Experience Associate. Bring your charming self to create delightful customer interactions, process transactions accurately, and deliver excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

- Process financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments in accordance with standard operating procedures, industry regulations, and TD's Code of Conduct and Ethics.
- Understand and determine customer needs to recommend specific solutions while handling confidential matters with discretion.
- Respond to and resolve customer concerns using standard procedures and escalating non-standard activities as necessary.
- Promote banking solutions and complete business processes accurately and in a timely manner to achieve assigned goals and business objectives.
- Connect personally with customers to advise them clearly on banking solutions and processes.
- Support a positive, diverse,



and equitable work environment by promoting team effectiveness and participating in personal performance development.
- Assist the team by respecting coworkers, staying dedicated, and keeping everyone updated on the status of routine activities.
- Recommend operational improvements where opportunities exist to achieve operational excellence.

Job Requirements

- High School diploma and/or 1+ year(s) of relevant experience.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset.
- Solid administrative, organizational, planning, and time‑management skills to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Hands‑on knowledge of using MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and the internet.
- A go‑getter who exercises initiative, is accurate, detail‑oriented, and can handle several tasks and changing priorities.
- A dynamic communicator with established customer experience skills, capable of connecting verbally and in writing with different people in a calm, courteous, and effective manner.
