This role involves supervising detailed work plans, inspecting completed tasks, and ensuring alignment with all safety standards. With 4-9 years of relevant experience, you will lead a multi-disciplinary team, fostering an workplace of safety and high-performance in mechanical and piping projects. Collaborate with contractors and operations personnel to tackle any challenges that may arise during project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise contractors' mechanical and piping activities
• Develop and review detailed work plans
• Conduct inspections and address deficiencies
• Monitor productivity and resolve operational issues
• Validate daily contractor reports and schedules
Requirements:
• 4–9 years experience in relevant mechanical work
• Background in brownfield project environments
• Journeyperson certification in related fields
• First Aid and WHMIS certifications required
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
