Provide exceptional technical support as an Electromechanical Support Technician. Diagnose product issues, manage warranties, and develop documentation in a energetic environment with team collaboration.
This role reports to the Engineering Manager and focuses on resolving technical problems through direct communication with end-users. Responsibilities include processing warranty claims, maintaining RMA data efficiently, and creating product documentation for users. You will support product testing and contribute to various marketing materials while ensuring high customer service levels.
Key Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and resolve installation issues via phone or email
• Investigate and process warranty claims thoroughly
• Create and maintain documentation for installations
• Develop technical content for the website
• Support product testing and evaluations as needed
Requirements:
• 1+ years in a high-volume technical environment
• Strong knowledge of electrical power systems
• Experience with hand tools and diagnostic equipment
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively
