The Role

We’re looking for a Customer Success Associate to help drive user engagement and ensure our customers have a smooth, successful experience on the platform.

This role sits at the intersection of customer support, operations, and revenue, working directly with users to help them complete key steps, answer questions, and get the most out of SharpStakes.

What You’ll Do

- Proactively reach out to users to guide them through onboarding and key actions
- Follow up with users who are mid-process to ensure completion
- Troubleshoot issues and provide clear, timely support
- Work closely with the sales and operations teams to resolve user cases
- Identify opportunities to improve the user experience




- Help drive additional engagement through recommendations and follow-ups

What We’re Looking For

- Strong communication skills (comfortable texting, calling, and emailing users)
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Proactive and responsive—nothing falls through the cracks
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup setting
- Ability to build quick rapport with users

Nice to Have

- Experience in customer success, support, or sales
- Familiarity with Gen Z audiences or digital communities
- Startup or high-growth environment experience
