Reporting to the Head of Operations, your primary duties include engaging with teams to gather essential information and curate impactful materials. By focusing on clear communication and structured methodologies, you will enhance the competencies of both team members and AI systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement comprehensive onboarding programs
• Collect and analyze information for effective training solutions
• Develop explicit, structured documentation that supports decision-making
• Monitor training effectiveness and iterate on content
• Collaborate on training strategies for various organizational needs
Requirements:
• 3+ years in Adult Learning and development
• Proven ability in creating training content from scratch
• Experience with AI-driven automation systems
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Background in automotive industry is a plus
