Intermediate Business Systems Analyst - Labour Forecasting & Workforce Integration.
This role supports a Labour Forecasting Tool initiative integrating with a Workforce Management platform and an existing forecasting system. The focus is on consolidating, organizing, refining, and validating existing documentation, and developing a solid understanding of workflows, data flows, and system integrations. The role is primarily functional, with limited traditional BSA responsibilities.
Duration: 6 Months
Location: Brampton (1-2 days/week onsite)
Responsibilities:
- Consolidate and organize existing business, functional, and system documentation
- Review and refine documentation to ensure clarity, accuracy, and completeness
- Develop an understanding of labour forecasting and workforce management workflows
- Document system integrations, data flows,
and dependencies between platforms
- Validate requirements, assumptions, and workflows with business and technical stakeholders
- Maintain transparent, structured, and up-to-date documentation
Must-Haves.
- 4-7 years of experience in a business systems analyst role
- Demonstrated ability to organize and refine existing documentation
- Experience supporting integrated enterprise systems
- Exposure to labour forecasting, workforce management, or planning tools
- Strong written communication and documentation skills
