Empower individuals facing mental health challenges as a Community Support Worker.

Provide outreach services, life skills training, and advocacy to support clients and their families effectively.

In this dynamic role, you will be part of a multidisciplinary outreach team dedicated to community-based mental health and addictions treatment.

Responsibilities involve inspiring clients in daily activities, reporting on their progress, and offering tailored advice according to treatment plans.

You will also engage in life skills training and provide necessary support for behavioral and developmental issues.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver community-based support services for mental health
• Assist clients with daily living activities and life skills




• Report client progress and medication reactions
• Advocate for clients and their caregivers
• Engage with multidisciplinary teams for holistic care

Requirements:
• Diploma in Community Social Services required
• Minimum of 2 years experience with mental illness
• Valid Class 5 vehicle license needed
• Current Level C Basic Life Saving Certificate
• Food Safe Certificate preferred
