Key Responsibilities:
• Provide application support for trading systems
• Conduct root cause analysis for incidents
• Monitor market data feeds and trading applications
• Support trade flow and P&L; valuation processes
• Assist with user access management
Requirements:
• Solid experience in financial services with Capital Markets focus
• Knowledge of Commodities and Futures products
• Experience with incident management and monitoring tools
• Understanding of trade lifecycle concepts
• Strong ability to communicate with business users
