Oversee payroll operations as a Manager responsible for guiding a team of Payroll Analysts.

Ensure compliance and address inquiries through an effective case management system in a temporary full time opportunity.

In this leadership role, you will manage day-to-day payroll activities and discrepancies, guiding your team to deepen client relationships and improve operational processes.

You will also lead the administration of payroll activities and facilitate compliance with employment standards while enhancing team capabilities through mentorship.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the payroll team in process governance
• Serve as an escalation point for payroll inquiries
• Facilitate and resolve time/leave discrepancies
• Manage the SAP Payroll System for processing
• Perform month-end and year-end payroll tasks

Requirements:
• 2 to 5 years of leadership experience
• Degree in Business or Human Resources
• Prior SAP knowledge is essential
• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
• Advanced skills in Excel, Power

Point, and Word
