Job Summary

The Coordinator, HR Learning & Development positions will support the Thriving Workforce Team in the Business Support Services or the Workplace Culture & Development Branch in Employment and Social Services. The Thriving Workforce and the Workplace Culture & Development teams lead human resources, learning & development, well-being and equity, diversity, inclusion and belonging strategies. The Coordinator, HR Learning & Development will plan, implement, and monitor HR initiatives and support workforce planning, outreach, recruitment and retention efforts.

Education And Experience

Completion of university degree in Commerce, Business or Public Administration, Human Resources, Adult Education or related field

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a large organization with related experience in the planning and implementation of human resources activities including recruitment and selection and/or learning and development strategies.
