Job Summary

Perform various duties at ZOLL Canada Service Admin group which include but are not limited to the functions below.

Essential Functions
Creating quotes for all billable repairs
Sending all quotes in emails forms for approvals and managing approvals/following up with customers
Booking invoices for all billable Service Requests
Producing the shipping required documentation for all items (defibs, parts, accessories) shipping from Service
Filing and paperwork




Other tasks as assigned depending on workload

Required/Preferred Education and Experience
Post High school education in related field or equivalent experience required

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
1-3 years of work experience
Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
High attention to details
Customer focused individual
Team player with positive attitude

The annual salary for this position is:$55,000.00 to $60,000.00

Factors which may affect starting salary include geography, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
