The Production Designer ensures all creative assets are accurately prepared, formatted, and delivered for print and digital production.

You will be working on a team of Designers and Copywriters.

This is onsite 2-3x per week, and will be 8+ months until EOY, and beyond.

This role focuses on precision, file management, and supporting designers and account teams to meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

Prep and finalize files for print, OOH, packaging, and digital placements.

Check specs, bleeds, color profiles, and resolution for all deliverables.

Create mechanicals, resize layouts, and adapt existing designs for multiple formats.

Maintain organized file structures, naming conventions, and version control.

Coordinate with vendors and printers to confirm specs and troubleshoot issues.

Ensure brand consistency across all production outputs.

Qualifications

Experience in production design or studio production within an agency setting.

Strong skills in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop.

Solid understanding of print production, color management, and file prep.

Detail oriented, organized, and comfortable working under tight deadlines.

In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
