Hands on experience managing People

Soft projects across one or more modules:
HCM (Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Time & Labor)
Financials (GL, AP, AR, Asset Management)
Campus Solutions (Student Records, Financial Aid)
Experience with People

Soft upgrades and patching (PUM, tools upgrades)
Exposure to People

Soft Fluid UI, integrations, and bolt ons.

Governance & Delivery
Experience with PMO reporting, steering committees, and executive governance.

Risk, issue, dependency, and change request management.

Vendor and third party coordination.
