In this role, you'll take charge of the daily activities within the Service department, focusing on Material Handling.
You'll implement long-term initiatives aimed at improving service, warranty, and parts operations while training and mentoring technicians.
Participate actively in addressing challenges and facilitating efficient service order fulfillment with customers and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure operational excellence in service and warranty areas
• Support branch personnel performance and training
• Collaborate with customers for timely service inquiries
• Manage workflows and monitor work order statuses
• Identify and resolve operational issues promptly
Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years in service management
• Journeyman certification or related qualification
• Solid Microsoft Office proficiency
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Budget management experience and target development
