Responsibilities for a Luxury Retail Security Guard

Customer service duties like welcome and guide visitors
Manage access control
Deter Theft
Identify potential risks
Conduct interventions with customers to deter theft
Respond to incidents, provide first aid,



and coordinate with emergency teams
Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
Answer questions in person

Qualifications for a Luxury Retail Security Guard

Be authorized to work in Canada
Hold a valid security license
First aid certification - Required
Exceptional customer service skills
Proficient in english
