What You’ll Do
- Be the first point of contact for families, guiding them through their permanent perks program with care and professionalism.
- Explain benefit options clearly and effectively over Zoom.
- Ensure accurate and compliant documentation.
- Maintain long-term client relationships through consistent follow-up.
- Work collaboratively with team members to improve efficiency and service delivery.
What We’re Looking For
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
- High school diploma or equivalent (post-secondary an asset)
- 1+ year of experience in customer support, administration, or client-facing roles preferred
