Become a key player in transforming healthcare support as a Customer Care Associate.

Key Responsibilities:
• Address customer inquiries across chat, email, and phone
• Diagnose application issues with users proactively
• Investigate back-end problems using technical tools
• Support metrics tracking and report generation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for improvements
Requirements:
• Solid communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficient in digital tools and quick to learn
• Thrive in remote work settings and time management
• Available Monday to Friday, 9AM to 5PM ET
• Experience in customer-facing roles is beneficial
