We’re looking for a Paid Media Marketing Specialist to drive high-quality leads by creating, managing, and measuring Digital Marketing campaigns across Google, YouTube, social, and other relevant channels.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on, independent strategic thinker who brings deep expertise in running digital marketing programs and developing digital marketing assets (with our designer) within B2B SaaS organizations.

What You’ll Own:

- Develop programs and strategies for customer acquisition, retention, and expansion through multiple channels, including search, PMAX, social, retargeting, content (written and video), and more.

- Define KPIs and implement measurement, analytics, benchmarking, and reporting methods to gauge success for marketing channels, campaigns, and initiatives.

- Drive continual improvements in lead conversion rates and revenue close rates.

- Continue to scale our marketing efforts and take primary responsibility for exceeding our KPIs for each quarter.

- Work closely with the overall Marketing team to define required assets such as content, images, video, etc.
