We’re looking for a Digital Content Specialist who understands sports and lifestyle culture and can plan, produce, and optimize content that drives engagement and growth.

You will work closely with our partners, ambassadors, and creators to bring campaigns to life, manage social deliverables, and help grow our brand’s reach and impact.

Responsibilities

- Content Creation & Production: Produce, shoot, and edit platform-specific content (short-form, reels, clips, live moments, stories) for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and X that resonates with sports fans and lifestyle audiences.

- Editing & Posting: Clip highlights, repurpose long‑form content, and edit videos for use across multiple channels, quickly and effectively, while maintaining brand tone and quality.

- Trendspotting & Real‑Time Content: Stay ahead of social trends, memes, and viral sports or betting moments, and react in real time with fresh, relevant posts that drive engagement.

- Account & Partner Management: Act as a key liaison for BET99’s social and content ambassadors.

Help coordinating deliverables, track content performance, and maintain strong relationships with creators, affiliates, and partners.

- Campaign Execution:



Support in building and executing social and digital campaigns that integrate with broader marketing initiatives, including brand, affiliate, and influencer programs.

- Community Engagement: Engage directly with fans and followers, building an authentic and active community around BET99’s social channels.

- Reporting & Optimization: Monitor post performance, track analytics, and optimize content strategies to improve engagement, reach, and acquisition KPIs.
- Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and consumer behavior to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.

- Serve as a liaison between departments, investigating and resolving emerging trends or patterns.

- Participate in ad hoc projects and provide support to the team as needed.

Skills & Qualifications

- 2-4 years of experience in social media, content creation, or sports marketing.

- Experience managing brand or influencer accounts and coordinating deliverables with partners.

- Strong knowledge of major sports (NHL, NFL, NBA, MLB); interest in sports betting and gaming is a strong asset.

- Demonstrated experience creating, editing, and publishing video and photo content for social media platforms.

- Solid understanding of platform nuances — knowing how to tailor content and tone for TikTok vs.

X vs.

Instagram vs.

YouTube.





- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and French required).

- Ability to work flexible hours — sports never sleep, and neither does great content.

Nice to Have

- Experience with sportsbooks, fantasy sports, or casino content.

- Comfort appearing on camera or capturing behind‑the‑scenes moments.
