Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct hearings and gather evidence from claimants
• Examine and cross-examine witnesses at hearings
• Collaborate to reach reasoned decisions
• Apply relevant legislation and MDB principles
• Act with integrity and support Indigenous reconciliation
Requirements:
• Experience in healthcare or disability adjudication
• Familiarity with administrative law and decision-making
• Strong analytical and writing skills
• Capacity for impartial adjudication
• Experience working with Indigenous communities (asset)
