Seeking a results-driven Marketing Manager to lead B2B campaigns and drive growth for our CRM consulting firm.

Responsibilities

- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and client acquisition for CRM consulting services.

- Plan, manage, and optimize multi-channel campaigns across email, digital ads, SEO, content, and social media.

- Collaborate with Sales and Delivery teams to align marketing efforts with business goals and customer needs.

- Manage website content and updates, ensuring messaging reflects company offerings and value propositions.

- Create thought leadership content including blogs, case studies, whitepapers, and client success stories.

- Analyze marketing performance metrics and use insights to refine strategies and improve ROI.

- Lead and manage relationships with external vendors, freelancers, and platforms as needed.

- Oversee marketing budget and ensure effective resource allocation.

What you will bring

- 4+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in SaaS, technology, or consulting.

- Strong understanding of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)



and their value in marketing and sales.

- Proven track record of developing and executing demand generation campaigns.

- Excellent communication and content creation skills, with attention to brand voice and audience.

- Hands-on experience with marketing tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, paid media platforms, and SEO tools.

- Strong project management skills and ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Data-driven mindset with an ability to turn insights into action.
