A leading cybersecurity company in Canada is seeking a Digital Customer Success Program Manager to enhance customer experience and product utilization.

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in Customer Success or similar roles within a SaaS environment and a strong proficiency in email marketing strategies.

Responsibilities include managing digital adoption initiatives and collaborating with various teams to drive customer engagement and feature utilization.

This position offers a competitive salary range of CAD $115,000 - $160,000 along with comprehensive advantages.
