This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, confident in sales, and comfortable reaching out to new businesses.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and reach out to potential clients who may require recruitment services
- Conduct cold calls and outreach to introduce Nextgen Headhunters and our services
- Promote and advertise our services to businesses and decision-makers
- Build relationships with companies and understand their hiring needs
- Generate and qualify leads for new business opportunities
