A prominent operations management company is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee multiple remote hospitality sites.

This role demands solid leadership skills to lead cross-functional teams and implement performance improvement systems.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in hospitality management and be able to thrive in dynamic environments.

The position is project-based in Nunavut, with a rotational schedule of 20 days on / 10 days off.
