Outlets Server - Part Time

The Fredericton Inn, located in Uptown Fredericton, is looking for a part-time server (20-30 hours per week) to join our expanding outlets team. This position will primarily be weekends and require scheduling flexibility.

Responsibilities

- Responsible for taking orders and serving food and beverages to guests
- Have a thorough knowledge of the food and beverage menus
- Understand and communicate with guests any specials or promotions
- Adhere to all health and safety policies and food safety policies
- Responsible to maintain a clean and sanitized work environment
- Cleaning tables and preparing spaces for future guests
- Promptly attend to your tables and guests
- Deliver a high-quality guest experience

Requirements

- 1+ years in the food and beverage industry an asset
- A working knowledge of cuisine is an asset but not necessary
- Be of legal age to serve alcohol
- Must be punctual, reliable,



have ability to work as a team and independently and have a strong work ethic.
- Passion for customer service & eagerness to learn
- Advanced English language skills
- Schedule Flexibility is a must!

Work Environment

- Physical demands include walking and standing, bending, kneeling, repetitive twisting and lifting, and repetitive arm movements
- Must be able to lift 50lbs
- Work Authorization
- Must be authorized to legally work in Canada
- Three-month probationary period

Pay: $15.90 per hour + tips
