The Role

- Position: Independent Contractor — Residential Cleaner
- Location:



Greater Toronto Area, ON
- Hours: You choose! (Ideal availability: 30–40 hrs/week)

What You'll Be Doing:

- Residential home cleanings
- Deep cleans
- Move-in / move-out services
- Post-renovation and post-construction cleanups

What We Require:

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet all of the following:

- ✅ Minimum 3+ years of paid, professional cleaning experience (residential and/or commercial)
- ✅ Your own complete set of qualified-grade cleaning supplies, including vacuum, mop, and cleaning products — this is a firm requirement, not optional
- ✅ Your own reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
- ✅ Access to a smartphone and email for scheduling and communication
- ✅ Able to pass a criminal background check
- ✅ Dependable, detail-oriented, and takes genuine pride in high-quality results
- ✅ Strong English communication skills
- ✅ Two verifiable professional references from previous cleaning employers or clients
- ✅ Willing to obtain personal liability insurance upon hiring
