Revelstoke Mountain Realty is seeking to add an experienced, BC licensed real estate professional to our sales team. This role is well suited to an agent with several years of experience, ideally with a background in resort or lifestyle real estate, who is motivated to represent and promote the unique offerings tied to Revelstoke Mountain Resort.

About the Role

- Priority focus on Resort based residential and lifestyle offerings
- Represent buyers and sellers with a strong emphasis on service, knowledge, and professionalism
- Act as an ambassador for Revelstoke Mountain Resort and the Revelstoke lifestyle
- Work collaboratively within a small, focused sales team with a shared goal of exceptional client outcomes

The Ideal Candidate

- Currently licensed with the Real Estate Council of British Columbia
- Several years of active real estate experience (resort market experience preferred)




- Demonstrates strong knowledge (or a clear willingness to develop in depth knowledge) of Resort based offerings
- Team oriented, skilled, and client focused
- Currently lives in Revelstoke, or is willing to relocate

Compensation and Benefits
This is a commission-only role (no base salary), best suited for individuals comfortable with performance-based earnings.
