The current project runs through September 2026 with future project planned for the Fall including a 5-storey renovation at UBC and a 69-unit 6-storey wood-frame in North Vancouver & and North Vancouver Custom Home ideally starting in late 2026.
Future plans include a diversification into commercial & institutional construction.

Key Duties
n
- Support the Site Superintendent in the delivery of your project
- Focus on the Finishing stages of the current project (more scopes on future projects)
- Help promote and maintain a protected and clean jobsite

Requirements
n
- Previous experience as an Assistant Superintendent or Finishing Superintendent
- Experience on multi-family wood-frame construction projects
- A willingness to join a young, growing team/company
- Strong references
n
Compensation
n
- Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 (possible to stretch higher for the perfect candidate)
- Benefits: Medical and Dental plan (after probation period of 3 months)
- Vacation: 3 weeks
- RRSP matching plan in currently being developed and should be added soon.
