As a key player within the Medical and Regulatory Leadership Team, you will manage a team while collaborating with stakeholders to drive innovative evidence generation solutions. Scouting for novel real-world data sources will be essential to enhance decision-making. Key Responsibilities:

- Direct Real World Evidence Strategy development and execution
- Manage and lead local clinical studies and observational research




- Train and coach your team to build RWE capabilities
- Collaborate with internal and external partners on initiatives
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and quality standards Requirements:
- Advanced degree (PhD, Masters, MD, or PharmD) in healthcare
- Proven experience designing innovative trials and RWE studies
- Demonstrated people management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team
- Solid understanding of pharmaceutical industry dynamics Drive impact in healthcare by leading strategic evidence generation and transforming insights into actionable solutions.
