About the Role

n

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Chief Operations Officer to join our executive leadership team. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company, driving operational excellence, and ensuring alignment with our long-term business goals. This role requires a visionary leader with strong business acumen, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to foster a culture of collaboration and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

n

· Collaborate with the CEO, President and Sr. Leadership team to set and execute strategic goals.

n

· Develop and implement operational strategies that support the company’s growth objectives.

n

· Oversee daily operations across all departments to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

n

· Facilitate communication and collaboration across executive leadership and key stakeholders

n

· Monitor performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

n

· Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials for executive meetings.

n

· Manage budgets, resources, and operational risks to optimize profitability.

n

· Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.

n

· Lead, mentor, and develop senior management teams to achieve organizational excellence.

What We’re Looking For

n

· Proven executive experience in a leadership role (Focused on Operational Management, Strategy, or similar)

n

· Strong understanding of business operations, finance, and strategic planning.

n

· Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.

n





· Ability to thrive in a quick-paced, evolving environment.

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or related field (MBA considered an asset).
