Required Skills & Experience

n

- 3+ years of financial analysis experience within technology, capital markets, or a large-scale financial services environment.
- Proven track record managing enterprise technology charges, headcount reporting, vendor contracts, and multi-million dollar project budgets in a matrixed, high-complexity organization.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong reconciliation, financial analysis, auditing, and cost accounting capabilities.
- Deep expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis with the ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with demonstrated experience presenting to and influencing senior leadership across technology and business functions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

Nice to Have Skills & Experiencen

- Previous experience in technology or financial services strongly preferred.
- CFA designation is an asset but not required.

Job Descriptionn

Insight Global is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support a capital markets technology division within a leading financial institution. In this role, you will own a portion of the enterprise technology financials, serving as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert for a quick-moving, technically complex business unit. Successful candidates will be located in Montreal and willing to be on site 2 days a week.

Compétences et expérience requises

n

- Plus de 3 ans d’expérience en analyse financière dans un environnement technologique, des marchés des capitaux ou de services financiers à grande échelle.
- Expérience démontrée dans la gestion des coûts technologiques à l’échelle de l’entreprise, des rapports d’effectifs, des contrats fournisseurs et de budgets de projets de plusieurs millions de dollars au sein d’une organisation matricielle à forte complexité.
- Maîtrise avancée de Microsoft Excel et PowerPoint.
- Solides compétences en rapprochement, analyse financière, audit et comptabilité analytique.
- Expertise approfondie en modélisation financière, prévisions et analyse des écarts, avec une capacité à travailler de façon très autonome.
- Excellentes aptitudes en communication et en gestion des parties prenantes, avec une expérience démontrée de présentations et d’influence auprès de la haute direction, tant du côté technologique que du côté affaires.
- Baccalauréat en finance, en comptabilité, en administration des affaires ou dans un domaine connexe.

Compétences et expérience souhaitéesn

- Expérience préalable en technologie ou en services financiers fortement souhaitée.
- Le titre de CFA est un atout, mais non requis.
