Join a dedicated team as a Staff Lawyer focused on the Alternative Discipline Process. Embrace the challenge of overseeing vital legal processes while advancing equity and inclusion in a hybrid setting. In this permanent role, you will lead the administration of the Alternative Discipline Process within the Professional Regulation department.

Your duties will include case management, liaising with stakeholders, and navigating legal complexities. A blend of written and interpersonal skills will be key as you provide critical insights to leadership and oversee compliance. Key Responsibilities:

- Assess information for ADP matters
- Draft legal documents and agreements
- Liaise with professional conduct staff
- Conduct comprehensive legal research
- Monitor compliance with consent agreements Requirements:
- Practising membership or eligibility in Law Society
- 5+ years experience in administrative law
- Familiarity with medical information handling
- Training in trauma-informed practices is valuable
