Job Title: Sr. Geotechnical Engineer

Requirement:

n

- Strong Supervisory and communication skills, with excellent management of all operational and technical aspects of Geotechnical Group,
- Competently perform examination of soil samples, perform soil/rock testing and preparing borehole logs and provide technical services in a laboratory environment,
- Competent in checking/reviewing Geotechnical reporting such as factual reporting and design recommendations
- Well versed with geotechnical design soft wares such as GeoStudio, Rocscience, gINT etc.
- Proven track records of working with municipalities, Regulatory authorities such as MNR, TRCA, etc.
- Well versed with a variety of soil mechanics analyses and design including foundation engineering design and design engineering and analysis.
- Proven track records of work in various industries such as infrastructure projects, medium and high-rise buildings, and subdivisions.
- Create monthly Project’s Financial Health Reports and assist accounting department with billing, staff utilization,



project’s profit & loss projections, ensure project cost v revenue auditing.
- Capable of providing strategic support to Geotechnical Division as part of the Management plans for the growth and development of the Geotechnical department and service offerings,
- Assist the corporation in conducting business development, marketing, lunch & learn sessions for promoting Company’s services to the public and private client educational resources.
- Conduct various tasks from proposal level to site investigation, in situ and laboratory testing, site supervision and reporting.
- Work within a team on investigations for geotechnical assessments.
- Ensure client satisfaction including maintaining valuable client relationships providing a high quality of design package, reporting and analysis within specified time & budget.
