Overview A leading utilities organization is seeking an experienced HR professional to support its People & Culture function. This role acts as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, with a strong focus on employee relations, talent management, and HR program delivery.

Key Responsibilities
n
- Deliver core HR programs including performance management, engagement, and talent development
- Manage full-cycle recruitment and support hiring managers
- Advise on employee and labour relations, including policy interpretation and issue resolution
- Conduct workplace investigations and support collective bargaining activities
- Develop and maintain HR policies and ensure compliance with employment legislation
- Monitor regulatory compliance across employment standards, health & safety, and workplace policies
- Analyze HR data to identify trends and support decision-making
- Support culture, engagement, and change management initiatives
- Manage employee leaves, accommodations, and return-to-work processes
- Contribute to organizational design and job evaluation

Qualifications
n
- Post-secondary education in HR, Business, or related field
- HR designation preferred
- 5+ years of HR experience, including 3+ years in a unionized environment
- Strong generalist background with experience in labour relations and HR analytics
- Experience with HRIS systems

- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality
- Knowledge of employment legislation and workplace regulations
