Overview Are you a construction lawyer looking to move into a business role? Or an infrastructure contracts skilled looking for a step up? We are working with two different organizations in the Vancouver and Surrey area, looking for a similar profile.

You’d be taking a lead role supporting major complex infrastructure projects in Western Canada, advising Project Directors on contract interpretation and compliance, operational performance, the management of complex construction-related issues, and strategy around claims. Ideal candidates will bring approximately 5 to 10 years of experience in construction, infrastructure, or P3/PPP environments, with strong expertise in complex infrastructure contracts and importantly, claims management and strategy. Candidates may come from legal, engineering, or commercial backgrounds,



but should be comfortable operating in a highly collaborative, business-facing capacity, acting as a key liaison between clients, investors, and service providers.
