Recruiter will be tasked with sourcing, screening, and presenting candidates to our internal Hiring Managers. This role involves developing, maintaining, and presenting potential candidates through proactive market research and effective relationship management, primarily focused on skilled trades and industrial management positions. The ideal candidate would have a preexisting pipeline of potential candidates to connect with.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven expertise in sourcing and recruitment, with an eye for identifying passive candidates.
- Experience in screening, interviewing, and evaluating candidates.
- Capability to build and sustain candidate networks.
- Prior or current experience with a 3rd party recruitment agency is preferred.
- Prior or current experience within human resources is preferred.
