Key Responsibilities
n
- Work closely with clients and builders to provide tailored cabinetry solutions for projects.
- Develop pricing and cost estimates to ensure profitability while maintaining competitive pricing.
- Submit pricing for jobs.
- Prepare and present cabinetry proposals that align with client visions and project specifications.
- Conduct in office visits to measure spaces, assess project requirements, and provide installation guidance when required.
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to guarantee accurate orders and on-time project completion.
- Advise clients on materials, finishes, and hardware, ensuring their selections meet both aesthetic and functional needs.
- Manage and oversee projects from initial consultation to final installation, ensuring smooth execution and client satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering an unparalleled customer service experience to drive repeat business.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, new materials,
and best practices to bring cutting-edge solutions to every project.
- Work closely with installation teams to troubleshoot and resolve on-site challenges.

Required Skills & Experience:
n
- 1+ years of experience in cabinetry design.
- A strong understanding of cabinetry materials, construction methods, and installation processes.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings with precision.
- Strong problem-solving skills, especially when assessing site conditions or plans for cabinetry installation.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with clients and industry professionals.
- A self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-moving environment.
