A governmental agency in Vancouver is seeking a Legal Counsel (1, 2, or 3) to provide legal advice related to human rights matters under the Human Rights Code. Candidates must possess a law degree and a current BC licence, alongside substantial experience in human rights law.

Responsibilities include advising the Tribunal and its Chair on complex legal issues and providing representation in human rights disputes.

Experience in administrative law and civil courtroom advocacy is also preferred.
