We are recruiting a Market Development Manager to lead the growth of our client’s aesthetics business in Canada. This is a high impact position at the point where commercial delivery, clinical engagement, and market expansion come together.

You will operate as the key link between the global organisation and the local distributor, ensuring strategy is not only understood but executed effectively in market. The role is centred on building strong KOL relationships, elevating the capability of the distributor’s sales team, and developing a explicit, evidence led view of how the Canadian market is evolving.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Build and manage relationships with Key Opinion Leaders, translating clinical insight into commercial opportunity
- Work closely with the distributor sales team through joint field activity, improving execution and account development
- Train and support the distributor team on product, positioning, and campaign delivery to raise overall performance
- Ensure global strategy is translated into clear, consistent local execution




- Gather and interpret market intelligence, including competitor activity, customer behaviour, and emerging trends
- Deliver workshops, training sessions, and support conference activity to drive awareness and adoption
- Support regulatory coordination with distributor and global teams
- Contribute to the development of a stronger local footprint as the business evolves

Candidate Profile

n

- Degree in Life Sciences, Medical, or Marketing preferred
- Experience in aesthetics, pharmaceuticals, or medical devices
- Strong track record of engaging and influencing KOLs and external stakeholders
- Experience training, coaching, or enabling sales teams to improve performance
- Commercially aware, able to translate strategy into practical action
- Comfortable operating through a distributor model without direct control
- Able to balance clinical credibility with commercial focus
- Confident working independently in a developing market environment
