Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Social Media:

n

- Collaborate with the marketing team on the development and execution of the social media strategy and assist in managing the content calendar across various platforms.
- Content Creation: Assist in the creation of engaging content for our digital channels, including social media posts, blog articles, and website updates.
- Competitor Research: Conduct research on competitor marketing activities, products, and online presence to identify trends and opportunities.
- Marketing Materials: Support the creation of marketing and sales collateral, including presentations, one-pagers, case studies, and brochures.
- Asset Management: Manage and organize our digital asset and file libraries to ensure all marketing materials are up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Potential to support a range of data‑driven and insights-focused initiatives across our retail strategy team.
- Contribute to insights and research projects with both existing and prospective clients, helping uncover key trends and opportunities.
- Responsibilities include assisting with shopper and consumer insights work, supporting B2B marketing communications,



and collaborating on various strategic projects that enhance our understanding of customer behavior and marketplace dynamics.

Required Skills & Qualifications

n

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) is required.
- Proficiency in graphic design and familiarity with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and Canva.

Working Conditions:

- Office-based environment with occasional travel between local facilities or to client locations
- Regular use of standard office equipment (photocopiers, printers, etc.)
