We are currently partnering with a well-established organization in the mechanical systems / HVAC / hydronics solutions space, supporting commercial and industrial applications across Canada.

They are looking to bring on a National Sales Account Manager to lead and grow their presence This is a high-impact role focused on a blend of new business development, strategic enterprise sales, and account management working closely with engineering firms, distributors, and contractor networks, helping influence specifications and drive product adoption in long-cycle, project-based environments.

Key Responsibilities
n
- Develop and execute a national sales strategy across assigned territories in Canada
- Drive current business development while managing and expanding existing accounts
- Build strong relationships with engineering firms, consultants,
distributors, and contractors
- Manage and grow enterprise-level accounts and strategic partnerships
- Support product adoption through technical presentations, training, and specification development
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings

What We’re Looking For
n
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in HVAC, plumbing, hydronics, or related mechanical systems industry
- Ability to travel across Canada is mandatory
- Experience managing long sales cycles and project-based selling
- Strong network within engineering/specifier and contractor communities

Compensation
n
- Base Salary: $130,000 – $150,000
- On-Target Earnings: ~$200,000
