Title: National Service Manager

Location: Greater Toronto Area (West, Peel Region)

We’re working with a growing organization in the hydronics / HVAC / building systems space that is looking to bring on a National Service Manager to lead and scale their service operations.

n

This is a high-impact leadership role with a robust mix of technical depth, hands-on execution, and strategic ownership.

The Opportunity

n

You’ll be responsible for building and leading a national service function, including developing a mobile field service team, improving service delivery, and supporting a large installed base of mechanical systems across the country.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

- Build and lead a national field service team (including truck-based/mobile technicians)
- Develop and implement service strategy, KPIs, and operational processes
- Oversee service delivery, warranty support, and maintenance operations
- Provide hands-on support for technical troubleshooting and complex system issues




- Standardize and improve controls strategy and system performance
- Collaborate with internal teams across engineering, sales, and operations
- Drive customer satisfaction, response times, and service efficiency

What We’re Looking For

n

- 10+ years of experience in:
- HVAC / hydronics, Building automation / controls
- Fire/security or similar technical service environments
- Proven experience leading and scaling service teams
- Strong hands-on technical background in controls and troubleshooting
- Experience with field service operations or mobile technician teams
- Ability to operate both strategically and on the ground

Compensation

n

- Base Salary: $130,000 – $150,000
- Performance Bonus
- Car Allowance
