Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

n

- Diagnose and resolve issues with printers,



plotters, kiosks, and POS systems.
- Assist with Installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware and software.
- Deliver clear technical assistance to technicians onsite and over the phone.
- Maintain accurate service records and uphold quality standards.

Qualifications:n

- Strong knowledge of printers, computer hardware, and software.
- Electromechanical experience a plus.
- Experience repairing laser and wide format printers
- Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently or in a team.
