We’re looking for a hands-on Project & Production Manager to lead projects from start to finish while keeping day-to-day plant operations running smoothly. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys being on the floor as much as they do planning and coordinating—someone who can balance people, processes, and priorities without losing sight of quality and deadlines.

You’ll play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard, while also overseeing production, inventory, and overall plant efficiency.

What You’ll Be Doing

Project Management

n

- Lead multiple projects from kickoff through to completion
- Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to keep everything moving
- Review and manage shop drawings to ensure accuracy and clarity
- Identify risks early and put plans in place to keep projects on track
- Ensure projects meet timelines, budgets, and quality expectations
- Manage key documentation including contracts, change orders, and commissioning reports

Production & Plant Operationsn

- Oversee daily plant operations including machine shop, shipping, and receiving
- Manage inventory levels to ensure materials and products are available when needed
- Support purchasing and material planning activities
- Implement and improve processes and best practices across operations




- Review and adjust production drawings to maintain consistency and efficiency
- Prioritize production schedules to meet customer demands
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards

What You Bring

n
- Degree or diploma in Engineering, Operations, Project Management, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, plant operations, or construction environments
- Strong understanding of mechanical construction or manufacturing processes
- Experience working with both suppliers and customers
- Familiarity with MAS/SAGE (an asset)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- CAD exposure is a bonus, not a requirement
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Solid business and financial awareness
- Transparent communicator who can work across teams and with external partners
- Customer-focused mindset and willingness to learn
