What You Bring

- Direct door-to-door sales experience
- Strong leadership presence and ability to command a team
- Demonstrated production record (you’ve consistently hit/exceeded targets)
- Ability to recruit, train, and drive performance in the field
- Strong references that validate your results and leadership
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle

What You’ll Do
n
- Lead and scale a high-performing D2D sales team
- Drive daily production and accountability
- Coach reps in the field and close deals alongside them
- Own performance and results across your territory
n
Compensation
n
- Base salary: $65,000 + commission (performance-driven upside)
n
