Role OverviewWe are looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Specialist to generate new business, build client relationships, and grow our freight brokerage operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is motivated by closing deals and earning uncapped commissions.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and target companies that require freight and logistics services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with shippers and decision-makers
- Present tailored logistics solutions based on client needs
- Negotiate rates and close deals to secure freight opportunities
- Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth execution of shipments
- Maintain a pipeline of leads and track activity in CRM systems
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets
Qualifications
- Experience in sales (logistics experience is a strong asset but not required)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with a hunter mentality
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Comfortable with high-volume outreach (calls, emails, messaging)
- Knowledge of freight types (FTL, LTL, flatbed, reefer) is a plus
