Our client is a large, complex organization looking to hire a Sr Finance Advisor.

n

This is a unique opportunity for a designated accountant who is highly systems-savvy and enjoys working at the intersection of Finance and Technology.

If you’re the type of CPA who understands debits and credits just as well as system configurations, integrations, and master data — this role is built for you.

The Opportunity

n

This is not a traditional accounting role.

n

You will act as the bridge between Finance and IT — supporting SAP financial systems, leading integration efforts, and ensuring financial data integrity from source transactions through to consolidated reporting.

n

You’ll play a key role in:

n

- Supporting and optimizing SAP financial modules
- Leading financial system cutovers during acquisitions, reorganizations, and structural changes
- Troubleshooting complex system and process issues impacting accounting and reporting
- Supporting financial statement preparation during transition events
- Maintaining master data, hierarchies, and reporting structures
- Driving continuous improvement across finance systems and processes
- Training and supporting finance users across the organization

n

Must haves:

n





- CPA designation (or equivalent accounting designation) – mandatory
- 5+ years of experience in a SAP financial systems, finance transformation, or ERP support role
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP financial modules
- Solid understanding of IFRS, SOX, and financial reporting processes
- Experience supporting or leading system integrations, reorganizations, or acquisition-related cutovers
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with reporting/analysis tools
