Job Title: SAP RTR (Record-to-Report) Consultant

Job Summary:

n

We are seeking an experienced SAP RTR Consultant to support finance transformation initiatives, focusing on Record-to-Report processes. The ideal candidate will have solid expertise in financial accounting, fixed assets, and cross-functional integrations across enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities:

n

- Lead and support Record-to-Report (RTR) processes including General Ledger and Fixed Asset Accounting.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
- Support end-to-end implementations, rollouts, and enhancements within SAP Finance modules.
- Drive integration of RTR processes with Project Systems (PS), HCM, Supply Chain, and EAM (including SSAM & FSM).




- Perform system configuration, testing (SIT/UAT), and support during go-live and hypercare phases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and offshore teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide ongoing production support.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

n

- Strong experience in SAP RTR / FICO modules with focus on Fixed Asset Accounting.
- Hands-on experience with Project Systems (PS) integration.
- Experience integrating SAP Finance with HCM, SCM, and EAM modules.
- Solid understanding of end-to-end SAP implementation lifecycle.
- Excellent stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills.
